Proprietor Fabio Molano opened Fabio's Italian Bar & Grill in January 2001 with the idea of bringing authentic, gourmet Italian cooking to the near downtown area, at prices everyone can afford.

A big part of his idea was to offer delicious meals in an intimate setting that evokes both the beauty and classic style of Italy as well as the friendliness of Texas. The ambience of the dining room is perfect for business lunches, convivial gatherings of friends, and especially for a romantic evening with that special someone.

Fabio Milano came to America from his native Italy in 1979. He worked at Marco's Pasta Factory in the Village here in Houston for six years before buying it and renaming it Milano's Pasta Factory in 1985. Milano's developed a great reputation for fresh, delicious pasta and sold its products nationwide.

Fabio's is dedicated to bringing the best recipes for fresh pasta together with top notch culinary skill and experience in a delightful combination for your dining pleasure.

...that the magic happens. Fabio takes great pride in keeping his kitchen as clean and neat as your own and of course, we are regularly certified by City Inspectors. Everything is cooked ŕ la carte and all of our ingredients are fresco and cooked from scratch when you order.
