"Barry and Pam Chandler of Houston report that they've found an Italian restaurant for a romantic lunch or dinner: Fabio's Italian Bar & Grill, 212 Westheimer. On their first visit, they lunched on grilled snapper, with a light lemon butter sauce, mushrooms, capers, and artichokes, served on the side as requested. They also dined there for their anniversary dinner. Service is attentive and the decor elegant with white linen tablecloths, tasteful pictures, curtains and soft lighting. They would rather keep Fabio's a secret but believe it deserves more clientele."
